Get the right people in, then just leave them alone.  When you’re building up a business you have to accept that you can’t control everything form head office, so you have to have staff who really want to do the job well & who will get on with it and enjoy themselves.  When I interview people I’m interested in their attitude and their energy levels – the CVs and qualifications come much lower down the list of priorities.
